Chicken Bitoque

Chicken Bitoque is a Portuguese dish prepared by pan-frying chicken breast in butter, salt, pepper, and spices. The cooked breast is then topped with a fried egg and is dipped in a mildly spiced gravy, and is served with fries. It’s a tasty appetizer, which when accompanied by rice and salad, can be the main course too.
