‘Natureland’ Pokhara being famous as a tourist destination in the world has been rebranded.
The Gandaki branch of Nepal Tourism Board has modified the previous tourist brand ‘Paradise Pokhara’ as ‘Pokhara, Pure Age Paradise’.
According to Kashiraj Bhandari, Gandaki state chief of the board, the brand has been designed to reflect the tourist attractions of Pokhara. “We have created this brand in consultation with stakeholders in Pokhara,” Bhandari said at a virtual press conference on Wednesday.
Pokhara, which has also developed as an internal tourism hub, has been hit by the Covid. As soon as the influence of Covid-19 is reduced, this brand of Pokhara will be promoted.
