PUBG MOBILE Announces Massive NARUTO SHIPPUDEN Collaboration in Version 4.5

PUBG MOBILE has announced a major global collaboration with the iconic anime franchise NARUTO SHIPPUDEN, introducing one of the game’s most ambitious crossover events to date. The partnership will debut with Version 4.5, scheduled for release on July 9.

Developed under the supervision of the Naruto Production Committee, the collaboration will bring the world of Naruto into PUBG MOBILE through immersive gameplay, transformed maps, and fan-favourite locations inspired by the anime.

Players will be able to explore legendary locations such as the Hidden Leaf Village, Hokage Rock, and The Final Valley, while using signature ninja abilities including Rasengan, Chidori, Shadow Clone Jutsu, and Flying Raijin Jutsu. The update will also introduce a special boss battle against the Nine-Tails (Kurama), one of the most iconic creatures in the Naruto universe.

In addition to new gameplay features, the collaboration will include themed character outfits based on beloved Naruto characters, including Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruno, Kakashi Hatake, Hinata Hyuga, Tsunade, Jiraiya, Gaara, and Madara Uchiha. PUBG MOBILE has hinted that more themed content will be revealed ahead of the update’s release.

“PUBG MOBILE is committed to setting new benchmarks for interactive entertainment through innovative partnerships and premium player experiences. NARUTO’s enduring global influence and passionate fanbase made this collaboration a natural fit,” said Vincent Wang, Head of PUBG MOBILE Publishing at Tencent Games.

First launched as a manga in 1999 by Masashi Kishimoto, NARUTO has grown into one of the world’s most successful anime and manga franchises, with more than 250 million copies sold across over 60 countries and regions. The anime continues to enjoy worldwide popularity more than two decades after its television debut.

PUBG MOBILE Version 4.5 and the NARUTO SHIPPUDEN collaboration will be available globally from July 9, with additional details expected to be announced before launch.
