Competing alongside 14 finalists, Gurung secured the Miss Universe Nepal 2026 title, emerging as the winner of this year’s national competition organized by Global Glamour.
This year also marked the beginning of Global Glamour’s official association with the Miss Earth pageant, with Binita Oli being crowned Miss Earth Nepal 2026.
The event brought together contestants, fashion personalities and pageant enthusiasts, adding another significant platform to Nepal’s growing pageant and fashion industry.
The grand event was also attended by renowned Indian actress and former Miss Universe Celina Jaitly, whose presence added further prominence to the occasion.
With two national titles presented at the event, the 2026 edition marked an expanded pageant platform for Global Glamour, bringing together the Miss Universe Nepal and Miss Earth Nepal titles under its new association.
