Kathmandu: In the Glam Nepal International kickoff event, the last 24 contestants competing were publicly announced in the program organized at Silver Oak. This announcement took place during a Saturday evening ceremony.
The 24 finalists include prominent names like Achal Shah, Urusha Bhandari, Swikriti Raj Bhandari, Simon Prema Giri, Sanskriti Bhatt, Sakshi Bastola, Rajashree Thapa, Purnika Sijapati, Pujani Shah, Prajna Bhandari, Puru Lama, Nafisa Shrestha, Navina Dangol, Monisha Adhikari, Manushi Giri, Kripa Shrestha, Kamana Kafle, Holiska Koirala, Varsha Bhandari, Arvisha Thapa, Anjila Giri, and Aditi Adhikari.
The director of the initial production, Pavan Acharya, shared that Glam Nepal International aims to promote women’s growth and capacity-building on a global scale. He also revealed that the final round of Glam Nepal International will take place on August 29.
The fashion designs for the competition’s clothing have been crafted by Asmita Rimall, Pratima Chaudhary, Swayan Gautam, Savin Dungana, Shweta Pradhan, Savi Bhandari, Rina Chaulagai, Rajan Shah, and Arjo Shrestha. The finals for these designs are scheduled for September 16.
The organizing committee of Glam Nepal International includes Pavan Acharya, Abhinav Khaniya, Savita Karki, Happy Acharya, Ayush Keshi, and Sushma Karki. This edition marks the third iteration of Glam Nepal International.
