Kathmandu Celebrates Sanvi Mandal’s International Victory

Following her international achievement, Miss Wellness World Nepal organised a Crowned Glory Celebration and Press Conference at The Plaza in Pulchowk, Lalitpur, to celebrate Mandal’s success and share the pageant’s broader vision.

The event brought together media representatives, wellness tourism advocates, distinguished guests and delegates from the Royal Thai Embassy in Kathmandu. Among those attending were Deputy Head of Mission Sudkanued Nivesarat and Counsellor Suyani Yotdamnoen.

The celebration highlighted not only Mandal’s achievement but also the potential to promote wellness, responsible leadership and healthy living through international pageant platforms.

Beyond the Crown: A Mission to Promote Wellness

Speaking at the event, Dr Om Rajbhandari, National Director of Miss Wellness World Nepal, outlined plans to translate the pageant’s “Beauty with Wellness” philosophy into community-focused initiatives.

The proposed activities include youth mentorship, responsible leadership, health awareness across age groups, senior citizen care and programmes encouraging active living.

Mandal also expressed gratitude to her national directors and mentors for their guidance throughout her journey. She shared her intention to use the international platform to encourage young people to prioritise their health, nurture mental well-being and develop confidence in their abilities.

Her victory brings renewed attention to the evolving role of beauty pageants, where personal achievement increasingly intersects with wellness awareness and social responsibility.

With the Miss Wellness World 2026 crown, Mandal’s achievement offers Nepal another moment of international recognition while reinforcing a message that goes beyond appearance: well-being, confidence and compassion are essential parts of a healthy life.
