
KATHMANDU — A new Nepali film titled ‘Antim Daau (Last Bet)’ has been officially announced in Kathmandu. The film will be produced under the banner of Frame in Motion Pictures.

The announcement was made during a programme held in Kathmandu, where the production team unveiled the film’s banner and introduced its cast and crew.

Viju Parki will direct the film. The project is being initiated by Parki and Kabita Nepali, who is also associated with the film’s banner and will appear as an actor. Pasang Norbu Sherpa is the co-producer, while Vijaya Lama serves as the project head.

Nirmal Pradhan is attached to the film as a producer. Pradhan is also known as a prominent and active figure in Nepal’s stock market.

The film’s cast includes Arpan Thapa, Sashant Mainali, Nischal Pradhan, Bimal Puri and Prema Dawa Lama, along with Kabita Nepali.
According to the production team, shooting for Antim Daau will begin in Asoj. The film is scheduled for release in 2027.

The announcement programme formally introduced the film’s banner, cast and production team, marking the beginning of the project’s journey toward production.
