Filming of ‘Ghintang’ begins

Filming of the movie ‘Ghintang’ has started. With a regular schedule of 20 days, the film has started shooting from Panauti, Kavre.

Producer-director Deepak Shrestha said that his goal is to complete the shooting of the film before the Dashain. Keki Adhikari, Gaurav Pahadi, Nir Shah, Madan Krishna Shrestha, Ramesh Adhikari, Sangam Bhandari, and Deepashree Niraula will play the lead roles in the film.

Presented by Raju Lama, the film has music by Deepak Sharma and cinematography by Sankalp Bhujel. The film, estimated to cost Rs 6 million, was planned by director Shrestha last April. But his plan failed because of Covid.

Deepak has made come back to directing with this film after 9 years. That is why he has been saying that ‘Dhintang’ is his ambitious film. Even before filming, he had done good exercises for the film.
